Detailed description of the works I am sending this on behalf of my mother, she had garden covered in and filled with chippings about 5 years ago but is not happy with the weeds etc which is now coming up through the plastic under the chippings so would like to have it all removed and regressed. it is a very small garden with no other obstacles such as trees shrubs in the way. I have set a budget price but not being sure of the cost of the work this is negotiable
